Excellent corrosion resistance
    Stainless steel channel contains chromium element, forming a dense passive oxide film on the surface. It resists rust, acid, alkali, salt water and atmospheric corrosion, no surface rust even used in humid, coastal and chemical environments.

    Good tensile strength, yield strength and impact toughness. It maintains stable mechanical properties under low and high temperature conditions, not easy to deform or break under load.

Manufacturing Process of Stainless Steel Channel

    Raw Material Inspection 
    Test stainless steel ingot or stainless steel slab, check chemical composition, hardness and surface defects to confirm compliance with material standards.
    Heating Furnace Heating 
    Put qualified steel slabs into heating furnace, heat to 1100–1250℃ evenly to soften steel for rolling forming.
    Rough Rolling 
    Send hot slab into rough rolling mill, repeatedly press to reduce thickness and preliminarily form U-shaped channel outline.
    Finish Rolling 
    Multiple passes of precision finish rolling, shape standard channel cross-section, control wall thickness, flange width and height to meet size tolerance.
    Cooling 
    Transfer hot rolled channel to cooling bed for air cooling to room temperature to stabilize internal metal structure.
    Straightening 
    Use straightening machine to correct bending, twisting and uneven flatness after cooling.
    Cutting to Fixed Length 
    Cut channels into customer required lengths by flying saw or cold cutting saw.
    Surface Polishing / Descaling 
    Remove high-temperature oxide scale by pickling, sand blasting or grinding; provide customized surface finish as order demand.
    Inspection & Marking 
    Full inspection of dimension, mechanical property, corrosion resistance and surface quality; stamp grade, specification, heat number on product surface.
    Packaging & Storage 
    Bundle finished channels with steel strips, label specifications, store in dry warehouse for delivery.
