    Different from standard 409 stainless steel with medium carbon content, 409L strictly controls the carbon content below 0.03%, paired with precise titanium element stabilization treatment, which fundamentally solves the core defects of ordinary 409 grade such as post-weld intergranular corrosion, welding brittleness and high-temperature structural attenuation.

    As the most cost-effective high-temperature resistant ferritic stainless steel in the industrial market, it retains the low-cost advantage of 409 stainless steel's 11% chromium single alloy system, while optimizing the internal metallographic structure stability and thermal fatigue resistance. It features pure ferritic stable structure without phase transformation in repeated high-temperature heating and normal-temperature cooling cycles, no chromium carbide precipitation failure, and maintains excellent structural integrity and chemical inertness in long-term high-temperature oxidation and dry thermal environment service.
